You can revoke the Rainmaker BI Connector’s access to any QuickBooks company at any time.
From QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online for the company.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Apps, or your Intuit account’s Connected apps.
- Find Rainmaker BI Connector and choose Disconnect.
Once disconnected, the Connector immediately loses access and can no longer read that company’s data. For help, contact support.
