1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Rainmaker BI Connector (“the Software”), a private internal application operated by 3WI Pty Ltd for the Rainmaker group of companies. By using the Software you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
3WI Pty Ltd grants authorised Rainmaker group personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software solely for internal management-reporting purposes. The Software is not licensed to, or for use by, the public.
3. Permitted use
The Software may be used only to read accounting data from QuickBooks Online companies owned or controlled by the Rainmaker group, for internal reporting. The Software is read-only and does not modify QuickBooks data.
4. Restrictions
You may not: (a) access QuickBooks companies you are not authorised to access; (b) resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software outside the Rainmaker group; (c) reverse engineer it to circumvent security; or (d) use it to store or transmit data unlawfully.
5. Intuit / QuickBooks
The Software uses Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API under Intuit’s developer terms. Intuit is not a party to this Agreement and provides no warranty for the Software. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit.
6. Data
Handling of data accessed through the Software is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3WI Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
9. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if its terms are breached, and may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Software’s access in QuickBooks Online.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
